The Poulsbo Art Festival is one of my favorite art shows to do! Its free to the public, outdoors on the marina, and throughout the 3-day event at the Gazebo, there is a variety of live singing, dancing, and musical entertainment. The Poulsbo Art Festival is managed by the Cultural Arts Foundation NW.
