Poulsbo, Washington's Little Norway Provides Rich Culture and Fun for the Family!

Have you ever visited Poulsbo, Washington? It’s a Norwegian-style town settled in the late 1800’s by Europeans from Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Germany. The town is known for its Norwegian old fashioned flair, vikings, colorful painted buildings, inviting boat marina, walk-able streets, restaurants, and shops. In the summer and winter there are viking festivals and art festivals on the marina. Families gather at the Austin Kvelstad Pavilion for picnics and in the summertime art festivals and musicians often entertain on the weekend from the pavilion. Liberty Bay provides a great area for boating, kayaking, water-sports, and a fireworks display over the 4th of July holiday.

Bainbridge Island Family Portraits and Paddle Boarding = Summer FUN!!!

Rich and I had the pleasure of doing annual family portraits for the EBaugh family with the beautiful, coastal landscape around Bainbridge Island and the Puget Sound. The family loves to paddle board and is enjoying the summer months outside, on the water, as much as possible. We had fun with them capturing these moments.

Married on a Leap Day in a Leap Year 2020 - I DO!

Cute lovebirds tie the knot, their own way, on February 29, 2020. The ceremony for Marina and Noah was privately held at the Port Orchard Court House followed by a fun family photo session at Liberty Bay Waterfront Park, Port of Poulsbo. The couple and their family had their A-game on for the fun and sweet wedding family photo session despite some cold rain, hail, wind, and sunshine. Ask yourself, do you like their photography style and the variety of work they advertise?
