Love is Everlasting for Breanne and Lonnie -- Congratulations!!

On Saturday, July 17, 2021, at the Crosby Community Center in Seabeck, Washington, Lonnie Gibson married his love, Breanne Hogge, on a sunshine-filled day with their children, family, and friends. The bride was radiant in her wedding dress that holds sentimental meaning — it had been her mom’s wedding dress too. The wedding place was adorned with fresh sunflowers and the color of love-red. Breanne and Lonnie recited their wedding vows to each other showing their love and devotion to each other. Rich and I wish them the very best as they continue their life together. A Celebration of Family and Life on Bainbridge Island by Jolly Sienda Photography

I’ve often thought…I’ve got the best job in the world. I get to creatively work and take photographs with people when they celebrate special occasions: Engagements, Weddings, New Baby, Family Joy, the Holidays, and Celebrations of Life. Yesterday, Rich and I had the pleasure of being with the Cairn family and their extended family for a celebration of life for a loved one missed. She was a grandma, a sister, and a mom who left us earlier this year. The family chose to have a party on the water where the kids and their parents could throw a football on the lawn and they could sail in a small dingy boat that transported a couple of adults and kids for a little tour of Rich Passage and the Puget Sound. Family came from Kentucky and New Mexico and around the Puget Sound; some had not seen their siblings for over 15 years! It was a joyous occasion with a touch of loving memories. Their First Date was over a Teriyaki Dinner -- Congratulations to Megan and Ryan (RJ)!!

On Saturday, May 22, 2021, Megan Mollet and Ryan (RJ) Richardson married each other in front of God, family and friends at the Sylvan Way Baptist Church in Bremerton, WA. The church and reception room was beautifully decorated with flowers and lights in shades of lavender and purple. The couple enjoyed a first dance, cutting the wedding cake, tossing of the bouquet and garter, and with daughter, Jacey, they poured vials of colored sands into a precious keepsake box. BIG Congratulations to Spencer Rutledge, Senior, and a Member of the Graduating Class of 2021!

Had a lot of fun meeting and photographing Spencer for his senior photos this week. Spencer is looking forward to graduation in June 2021, and is interested in pursuing, possibly, a career in film and movie production. He’s a big fan of Science Fiction movies, Marvel, and the Black Panther films. Towards the end of our photo session together he surprised me with a light wand and his super cool black cape, which helped him get into character, like in the movies.
